Two great fetish actresses star in this highly unusual and campy story. Television exercise host Andrea challenges superheroine Stacy to an arm wrestling match. Stacy comes in to accept the challenge but, during the match, Andrea uses secret powers to defeat Stacy and knock her down. Then, in front of the tv cameras, she dominates, tortures and humiliates her. She puts Stacy in a bear-hug and crushes her ribs. She forces the weakened Stacy to kiss her boots then handcuffs and ballgags her. Stacy returns to Andreas exercise show, this time in disguise (barely). She embarrasses Andrea into removing her ring (the source of her power) and the arm wrestling match begins. Without her ring, Andrea is weak and she loses. Stacy removes her mask and reveals herself to the audience. She then gives Andrea a massive bearhug. Andrea screams in pain. Stacy pulls off Andreas boots then cuffs her wrists and ankles. The humiliated Andrea is then forced to kiss Stacys boots. Stacy declares her superiority before the tv audience and then, as a further humiliation, she pulls down Andreas top to expose the luscious breasts.
